Lauren Ryder

10+ Years of Experience
Lauren Ryder is one of the Mesothelioma Veterans Center’s caring and experienced patient advocates. She has over a decade of experience helping mesothelioma patients and their families.

Like many that serve on our team, Lauren’s life has been affected by cancer. She lost her father, who served in the U.S. Air Force when asbestos was widely used, in 2009 to lung cancer. Her sister has also fought ovarian cancer.

Because of this, Lauren can put herself into the shoes of other patients, treating them as if they were her own family members.

Lauren grew up in Massachusetts and graduated from Framingham State University with a bachelor’s degree in geography. She currently lives in Maine with her husband, dog, and son.

Lauren will listen to your story with compassion and do everything she can to help you and your loved ones during this difficult time.
