- Better understand all of your medical options
- Connect with other mesothelioma patients
- Manage emotions surrounding mesothelioma
Lindsey earned both her Bachelor’s degree and Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the Ohio State University, completing internships at the James Cancer Hospital, the National Kidney Foundation, and more along the way. She has worked across a wide range of health care settings, such as virtual care management and health coaching.
“My mission as an oncology social worker is to ensure that patients have the tools they need to make educated decisions about their medical care, feel that they have more control of things, and get the necessary support throughout their journey.”
– Lindsey Rotnem, oncology social worker
Lindsey has also personally been touched by cancer. Her decision to focus on helping cancer patients was to honor her grandmother, who passed away from lymphoma when she was in high school. Lindsey herself beat melanoma (skin cancer) in 2019.
Today, Lindsey is incredibly proud to use her expertise to help mesothelioma patients, including brave U.S. veterans.
